I am a PCI Certified Parent Coach® and PCI Lead Instructor. I am also a Certified CBT practitioner. I hold BSc. In Pharmaceutical Sciences from Cairo University (1998), and a certificate in essentials of American Education from Mountbatten Institute (2006). Since my passion to support families never ends, my learning journey didn’t end. I hold a certificate in Positive Psychiatry from Sydney University, a certificate in Social Psychology from Wesleyan University, as well as an accredited certificate in Child Psychology.

 I have worked in the field of education for more than 20 years. During that time, I was responsible for several teaching, administrative, and leadership positions. Throughout this long journey I worked closely with teachers, parents, children, and teens, continually fascinated by the uniqueness of each child and how no two human beings are the same! I also noticed that parents are always eager to be better versions of themselves. They just need the right support! That was a driving force for me to dig more in the field of parenting and join the parent coaching institute worldwide community
